:: Occasionally you may find that one or two new pages are needed for accuracy and efficiency on your site. Whether adding a page based on existing pages of your site or adding a questionnaire for feedback or a newsletter to share your latest innovations, new pages can be added quickly.

When assessing a web site for redesign, consider the following:

• Is the site difficult to navigate so that user's can find what they are looking for?
• Is the site too difficult to update and is falling behind in content and services?
• Does it look out of date? Does it still communicate your services and products to your target?
• Are there web services, such as selling your products online, that could expand your business?
• Has your business expanded or changed its offering with new products and services?
• Is it time to upgrade from static HTML pages to XHTML and database content site?
• Do you want a new way for clients to contact you without using email?

Web page options:

Option One
:: Single page = $79.00
Pay for new pages as required. Grants Design Group will create pdf, Portable Document File, from your existing digital literature to insure web printability by your clients OR convert printed material to HTML pages. This may include web development of existing newsletters, printable contracts, applications, consent forms, digitized document product lists, sample reports and other documents.
New page includes:

• one new web site page in HTML or PDF layout
• Up to 300 words of text per page for HTML
• Up to three (3) photos or graphics scanned and optimized free of charge with ALT image properties
• Your choice of background, colors, and web fonts
  (either new or to match existing web site)
• Unlimited internal site links
• Up to 3 external WWW links
• Meta tag attributes include: character encoding, copyright, keywords, content, description or refresh values

If based on existing site pages, discounts on multiple new pages may apply.

Option Two
:: Single form page with email response = $99.00
Pay for new form pages as required.

Option Three
:: One-year pre-payment plan = $480.00
Twelve months maintenance based on $40.00 per hour assuming one-hour maintenance on existing pages per month.

Redesign
:: Complete redesign costs are based on the size of the site and the projected needs of the client. Please contact Grants Design Group for free consultation of your specific web redesign needs.

TERMS

• After initial discussion, Grants Design Group will contact you in an email confirmation with details covering the estimated quote.
• Written acceptance with 50% of the total is due for the redesign team to begin.
• Format and layout of the new design is presented for you approval before pages are completed. Up to three design changes may be made at this point.
• Completed new web pages are loaded on our active WWW server for your inspection for a limited time.
• The remaining 50% is due with your written acceptance of the design and pages. Upon receipt of payment, we upload or publish your web site to the server of your choice.
